Certified Enrollment Specialist - HealthCare industry

Enrollment Specialist: position available in the heart of Los Angeles. The right candidate will provide enthusiastic and persistent support with the enrollment process of new patients, making phone calls, addressing eligibility related issues and thoroughly discuss enrollment process related to Medi-Cal, and/or other state funded programs. Patient will serve in our offices and other physicians' offices.

Daily Responsibilities include:

• Handling of high volume calls related to enrollment and benefits

• Defining eligibility to medical benefits programs

• Meet daily enrollment goals

• Coordinate enrollment with provider offices 

Job Requirements:

• Ability to handle call volume efficiently and accurately report outcome

• Excellent communication skills 

• Proficiency with computers, computer software including Microsoft Excel

• Strong Follow-up skills

• Must have access to own transportation 

Experience required:

• Certified Enrollers with a minimum of 1 year of experience 

Language

• Spanish (Required)
